If you found the pulse hose disconnected then that will be the issue. A fuel system reset works best to get them running properly again but if you don't have access to the diag. tool the autotune will adjust it back it just takes a little longer.
They were made in Italy at Mcculloch's european factory and based on a late model McCulloch design. They came out after Husqvarna purchased the remnants of McCulloch's european division.
So, Echo adds tool-less tensioners to there small saws just like Husq. and Stihl have on theirs and they add a wrap handle to their pro 60cc saw just like the Husq. and Stihl and that means they don't know what their doing.
The piston in this picture is made by VEC in India
I was not disagreeing that you had a piston failure or what casued it what I was commenting on was the fact that just because it came in a white box from BC it doesn't mean it had to come from the same seller. As I said there are at least three...

The CS-590 is the first generation 600P but with a laminated bar and spur sprocket. The newer 2nd generation 600P's have the aluminum handle and a 10% bump in power. The new 620P's have roughly 13% more power than the current 600's and also get double dawgs and the option of a full-wrap handle...
