116 si
so the 8 that was in it was a hotter plug.... The saw started with a 5 and moved to a 6. Most of the stihl saws run a 6. I wonder if the mix ratio changes the requirements of the plug? Just a rookie here
116 si
I have those plugs for the Husqvarna, maybe I'll that in. Hmmm. I liked the 112 so much, I bought the 116si. Such solid saws, I can't say enough good things about the Dolmar line. I just wished there was a dealer closer than 2 hours away! I've got plenty of back up saws!
What plug does the sachs dolmar 116si run?
Bosch WSR5F according to Chainsaw collectors corner archives, the saw came to me with a ws8f installed. Am I better off running a wsr6f? or looking for a 5?
What do you guys run?
sach dolmar 112
It looks as though the 112 and 113 are very similar saws, but the 112 has points. Someone mentioned a electronic unit out of a concrete saw(???) I can't believe how well this saw starts, one pull choke, one pull throttle lock and it stays running until I turn it to off...
It runs real good. I think the previous owner took pretty good care of it. It even came with some vintage two stroke oil. It seems to be put together nicely and solidly. Chainbreak works which is nice (my 041av doesn't have that new fangeled stuff). How many cc's is the 113? I think I'm...
Sachs is up and running!
got the fuel and vent line replaced, the saw fired up and idled right away 1 pull choke, one pull fired and idled. Cut some branches and was amazed how smooth. The stihl 041 rips through wood like a beast, my husqvana revs a lot higher and has higher chainspeed...
Just picked up a Sachs Dolmar 112
Saw is complete and running condition (with gas in the carb)
It needs a top fuel line, vent line and pulse line.
I have the IPL but need a Service manual. I have the original owners manual and literature that came with the saw.
Help!
it also has :
Tillotson HK-21A, B, C HK-37 (one of those, not sure how to tell difference 0r where they are marked). Looking at the back of the saw fuelline on left, pulse line on left. Anyone have an IPL and or shop manual for this saw?
Just picked up a Sachs Dolmar 112 today. It came with four chains, Carlton bar, Original owners manual and the product line up for all saws that year (and a couple of old cans of two stroke oil). It has good spark and runs on gas in the carb.
Problems- Pulse line is disintegrated and fuel...
Mine had a bad trigger interlock, so the guy I got it from (ebay) jacked up the idle so high the chain would spin fast enough to cut wood without hitting the trigger. With the help from the fine people here I was able to fix it so it purrs. Not having a chainbrake and a high speed spinning...
