    New Oregon Speedi Cut System

@SawTroll , what can you tell us about the new Oregon lighter weight chain and bar system using the 95TXL chain? Must be a laminated bar with aluminum core sandwiched between two outer steel rails?

    Question regarding horizontal Stihls

The question regarding horizontal cylinder Stihls is about coil interchanges, will a coil from another model fit the 032? The saw is not here for me to get a pict or look at. Pioneerguy600

Screw in caps verses flippy caps.

How much crap have we heard about flippy caps? Screw in caps are a pain in the but when you have to fish them out of the oil and fuel tanks. These two were in the oil tank on this saw but I have removed over 30 of them from other saws in the last 15 years or so. Pioneerguy600

    Sachs Dolmar Chainsaws Thread

How many of us like and run Sachs Dolmars? Should we start up our own thread? I see a thread up on most other makes of chainsaws. I have a few Sach Dolmars in my collection and have enjoyed running them for production saws for 10-15 years. What say yea? Pioneerguy600

Does Stihl 009 need bar uide plates?

I was given a fairly nice 009 and since it started and runs nice it got a new chain, now there are no guide plates on the saw currently and it seems to leak a lot of oil out from underneath the bar. Pioneerguy600

    Untouched hardwoods

This weekend I went to check out a piece of hardwood land that I have not set foot on for 30 years, this lot is only 26 acres of trees that have never heard a chainsaw, they are practically inaccessable as they are in a small vale between two high hills, no storm winds hit them hereThe last time...
