Lombard, most likely an AP42 or Commango. both are 68cc

and if memory serves the flywheel for the black solid state modules and the blue s.s. modules are different as well. For sure the ones for points are way different.

Flywheels are different!!! I've done this swap before. You have to get the proper flywheel to match the ignition module.

Oh then I'll be in fine shape, the saw is fairly modern and has thin rings.

naw, I found them via internet already and I'll be contacting them. I've got a really really clean homelite 550 and have found all the parts it needs to be a runner with the exception of the cylinder, which had the chrome flake off and ruin the piston...so we'll see what happens, and that nicom...

Hey Lee, Is a 2in bore too small? Did they remove the chrome or did you have to do that before hand?

Parts shouldn't be too hard to find as far as a front handle as all the XL-1xx series would be the same, prolly easier than trying to fix. I would also agree that it is an xl-130. As far as the hole in the clutch cover it was prolly worn by the end of the crank, I see it often enough...

Its an echo cs-510 (not evl) gray in color.
