Laugh at a guy when he blows up his saw? Anyway....no. It didn't blow up because of the leak. It obviously ate a wristpin clip. Everything was well lubed with no sign of overheating.

I had to fatten the low speed screw up a lot. It would hesitate as if lean. It's an air leak for sure and it has gotten worse.

Rainy days here. My "box "O" 361 is cleaner (maybe newer) then my saw. If it didn't need a crank and rod, I'd retire mine. I would need to order bearings and seals either way so I'll bring mine in tomorrow.

There was a company selling composite dump bodies on EBay but I can't find them now. Does anyone have one in use and where did you get it? The company I found was selling them out of Virginia. I think they are HDPE lined steel frames and are lighter (and supposedly stronger) then all steel.

It didn't run very long. The rings grabbed the exhaust port and that was the end. :msp_sad: I shouldn't have connected the holes like I did. I wound up selling it for parts along with my Homelite 360...which I also killed! :msp_crying:

Yeah. I have no illusions about having the money or time to fix it. My shoulder is still healing and I'm not even allowed to ride my bike for another 5 weeks. Let alone go back to work.:mad: Oh well. It's all cleaned up so whoever gets it won't even get dirty.
