    So close to horribly wrong

I don't make it around to AS very often anymore, mostly because life seems to have gotten too damn busy.... Anyways, I wanted to share this pic with you guys. A friend had a tree fall in her yard in the storm yesterday and had a couple friends clean it up for her... Nothing happened, no one...

    Which Chain saw to get?

The 2 most important factors are going to be the size of the trees you'll be cutting and how long you plan on sticking around on ArboristSite... If you stay here after you buy the saw, odds are you'll end up with a 361 at some point anyway...

    I'm back!

$135 and he gave me 6 chains with it... I kind of feel like a thief :hmm3grin2orange: I'd definitely be up for getting this thing in a couple logs! Guess I better get my a$$ in gear and finish tinkering with it then!

Sure does! But I'm back to being single and unemployed, so I think you'll all be seeing a lot more of me!

    I'm back!

All original. Well, except the spark plug and a carb rebuild... Time to strip it down to clean it up!

    Hey J-red guys...

Any chance of getting 70E P/C on a 621? And a little off topic, but this place hasn't changed much. I haven't been around in a while, but the first thread that showed up in the chainsaw forum still had "361" in the title...

    Ts 400

I was working on a side job yesterday, installing a paver patio. I had worked 15 hours the day before, so I felt myself wearing out early yesterday. At about 4, I remember saying to myself, "You're tired. You can finish tomorrow. Go home and get some sleep before you do something stupid." I...

First post here, how do to all.

Welcome to the site! I've never used a Shinny saw, but I have used some of their other equipment. It seems like pretty solid stuff. There are a few Shindaiwa guys floating around on the site. I'm sure they'll be around shortly to tell you how great it is. It's too bad Poulan doesn't...

How do you use your saw (s)(ssssss)

I've got three saws. Once in a while, I use them to make some money. For the most part, they're used to support my raging summer bonfire addiction. I'm not sure what it is, but sitting around a fire with friends a case or two of beer on a nice summer night in Michigan is about as good as it...

Is this a ring snag, or what?

:cry::cry: Why do I have a feeling he won't be loaning anything out ever again?

    Is this a scam?

One of the first life lessons I learned that has always and will always stick with me: "If it sounds too good to be true, it is." Please not that the statment does not say "it probably is" or "it usually is," just "IT IS."

    Poulan 306a

If he can figure out a carb and a fuel line/filter, he should do just fine. Rep for being a good guy and helping out people in need.
