slack tender I use the pull from the top method and have my brother who is the groundy as my slack tender. So all I have to do is hip thust my way up and he pulls all the slack and hold me if I stop. Helps that he is twice my size. I love the split tale works good and it is a lot faster.

Hey, do you guys include the normal stump grinding into your bid for a removal and add extra for a bigger stump or is it a total seperate part of the bid?

I called them yesterday and they said no problem with parts. And I got the specs I wanted to. We are going to pick it up this coming Monday. Tomorrow we pick up our new to us bucket truck. This is a good week for us.
