I have got my new Stihl 460 piston from my seller in Greece and was surprised when i got new style piston pin circlips .the last 066 piston i ordered had the other style that looks like a G. What kind of circlips do you get when ordering Meteor pistons .

This piston looks like to have the same damage the Stihl cut off saws i rebuild , it usually have to do with dirty air filter and poor maintenance,the concrete dust realy eat pistons.

I dont know ,but the 361 saw is a 47mm , i dont know if the piston pin location is corect.

I've got me a new saw (2005 model) but it needs a new cylinder and piston,it`s an Stihl 361, are there some aftermarket cylinders on eBay that is better than others. I do not think Baileys have any for this model.

The piston look the same at the other side to.the inner airfilter was not there ,so this saw have been eating a lot of concrete dust.

The saw is now runnig ,but i have some problems with the carb ,it has poor acceleration but nice idle and on full trottle ,i have to try some more carb adjustment or another teardown and cleaning.I have to run the L 3-4 turns out to get some accelration at all.
