    P&C interchange guide

On Bailey's it shows that my 570 with 49mm bore will fit the 575 p&c 51mm. Both saws have 36mm stroke. I just got mine delivered so I will find out how everything fits soon. Hopefully this works awesome! http://www.baileysonline.com/itemdetail.asp?item=537+25+41+02&catID=383

    Husqvarna 570

I run one piece cutting hardwoods and cutting firewood. I love the saws power but yes the power to weight ratio is a little low. I like the saw a lot though and am considering modding the muffler.

    Saw Cleaning

I am just wondering if anybody has any special tricks to cleaning the air filters on their saws? I usually blow mine out with the air compressor quite often and blow the rest of the saw off. I didn't know if there was a better way to clean the air filter or if that is the best way. Thanks

    Dolmar vs. Husqvarna vs. Stihl

Thanks for all of the replies. I guess by weight I meant to say power to weight ratio....and the other saws all have a better ratio. I was wondering if it would make that much of a difference but it sounds like it wont. Thinkin bout doin a muffler mod on my 570 and keepin that too.

    Husky 570 mod

I have a husky 570 and am considering modding it instead of buying a new one. Is it worth it on that saw? I have been reading about it on here and think that I can do it myself, I’m used to working on big diesels but I think I can handle it. Should I just mod the muffler or port it also? I have...

    Dolmar vs. Husqvarna vs. Stihl

I don't know much about modding a saw. I wrench for CAT on big diesels and never really worked on chainsaws. I work on my 2-stroke sled engine a little bit. Is it worth doing anything to my 570? I have a 2152 j-red and would consider a 2159 but wouldn't know what to do with it. We are mostly...

Thanks a lot. I am going to stop at the local dealers today and talk to them about the saws.

    Dolmar vs. Husqvarna vs. Stihl

I am looking to buy a new saw. We mostly cut northern Wisconsin hardwoods. I occasionally cut red and white oak firewood also. I have a Husqvarna 570 and a Jonsered 2152 but I do not like the weight of the 570. I am looking at the 372xp Husky, 7300 Dolmar, and 441 Stihl. I am wondering what the...

    Hakki pilke 1x37

We own two hakki pilke 1x37 easy processors and both run just about all week long every week. First off if you are doing this more than just on the weekends make sure that you spend the extra money and buy the easy package. The small cost up front is well worth it. The machines are very...
