    Help from the "Lefties"

Being a lefty and operating saws with my left hand on the throttle I couldn't agree more. If the choice were between the saws with the standard half wrap I agree with Spike - the Jonsered straight handle is easier to hold - the husky angle is angled the wrong way if the saw is held "lefthanded".

    346xp, full wrap???

Possible with the 357 full wrap handle A 357 xp full wrap handle can easily be modified to fit the new edition 346xp. It is only a matter of making a couple of new holes for the mounting screws at the bottom of the handle - and grinding a bit of the bottom pipe so it fits into the bottom of the...

    Husqvarna 346 OE

Be aware of pro-use First of all nice to see one more Dane here:clap: Be aware that a 346xpg in Denmark is most likely to have been used by a pro - every day and all day. The 346xp, 357xp and 372/576xp's are standard saws for most pro's here. It is common praxis for them to use their saws for...

357xp It wont cure cancer, but it does cut wood!

Been there - done that:givebeer: Do prefer the 357 though. Funny thing is I can't actually tell why:confused:

Now taking pre-orders on 044,046,066 full wraps

Yes please. . . That would be great - if you get around a 361 and sort out the template thing just let me know. No need for extra space or anything - just a "normal" sized one. - Oh and please tell me how and when to pay if you make a 361 wrap:clap:

Now taking pre-orders on 044,046,066 full wraps

361? Are you gonna make one for the 361? If so that would be one more order - from the other side of the big pond:givebeer:

    MS 361 full-3/4wrap handle

Available but . . . Hi Jan Nice to see a fellow Dane here:givebeer: The kit is also available in europe - just give the parts number to any dealer and they can order it.... But the price in Denmark is equiv. of $300:jawdrop: - the ONLY reason why I haven´t got one of the kits myself. . .

    .325 chain on a MS 360/361/362

I use 3/8 on my MS361 and .325 on my 357xp (only 56.5cc though). I can't tell a difference in cutting speed at all - and both saws are great with their setup:greenchainsaw:

    346xp?? Help

:agree2: Talking about the cat vs. non cat models I think both are made all the time. Here it is only available with a cat in the XPG version so there are three different options: non cat and non G - non cat and with G - with cat with G but you have to pay extra for the cat! The majority of...

    Oponions on this Video

For starting at basics I think there are some good parts in these two: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zEsvRKvsVZw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTmiHkvY3k8 Even though I haven't got a clue what the guy is saying!

    stihl 361 or husky 357xp

:agree2: and I own both too. The 361 has a tiny bit more power (mine is the euro one) and the 357 is a bit smaller and the oiler is a bit better - but all minor differences. nmurph's suggestion about going with the best dealer is great advice IMO.

    357 vs 372?

:agree2: Owning both 357xp and 372xp I would say go for the 372 with wood that size. The 357 can handle it but the 372 can do it with ease - I just think a 28" bar would be the longest I would use on it.
