    Dolmar PS-510 vs. Husky 353 - opinions?

The narrow kerf chain and bar is one of the secrets with that saw. The NK provides a big performance boost over both .325 standard and 3/8. ZG

    Dolmar PS-510 vs. Husky 353 - opinions?

Try the 353. I have one and it is a 346 clone. The 353 is just a lower HP version of the 346. I think that this would make an ultra dependable home owners saw. Mine has been a great saw. ZG

Don't ship saws by U.S. Postal Service

There are very strick rules for shipping items that have or had fuel in them. You should take a look at the fines for doing such. I think I remember a $10,000.00 fine for shipping restricted items. Gas tanks and chainsaws definitely fit that category. ZG

    Homelite honing?

You can use a ball hone of the correct diameter. Just don't go hog wild. It should not take more the 15 to 30 seconds. That is exactly what a ball hone was made for, service rebuilds. ZG
