    92' f250 with 22hp predator 28gpm pump , 30 gallon tank, 5x24 prince gladiator cylinder with dump valve plumbed in. Conveyor is powered by a 6.5 predator with torque converter gokart clutch for variable speed control.

    No on the log lift. I have a fix for that part. I will be adding a conveyor though. The beam and push plate were built by Split-EZ in southern California. They build cool stuff.

    Got the wedge boxed in , made a bigger handle for the valve . Thing is very smooth. Runs like a champ.

    Still have a lot to do. Hoses getting made tomorrow. The beam tubing is 6x8x1/2" top plate is 1" steel . Still need to add wings to the wedge. Make a few mounts for valve and return filter.

    For anything I can't pick up I either qrtr with a maul or just use my excavator.

    I mounted it on a truck because it was cheaper than building a trailer, ease of moving it to the wood pile , lots of room to mount everything including the conveyor system off the back.

    Well its been a long time since I've posted here but I'm finally building a new logsplitter. This one is built into a running driving 92 F250 2wd. Had the beam and push plate built by Split EZ in Lebec California. 30 gal tank. 5" prince gladiator cylinder with dump valve.

    Its nascar style just pops on and off because with the conveyor all the way down it would hit it. Ive decided to sell the whole thing for 3k. time to build something else.

    Well its been awhile since Ive posted on here but Ive put 60 plus cords through the Jeep splitter and it still works flawlessly . Treadmills definately make good conveyor platforms. Contemplating selling the whole thing though.

    Thanks Zogger. heres the pic again. hope it works this time. I had some friends rather pissed at me for cutting up a good running cj7 but whatever its worth more as a tool than a toy.

    No need to stretch the frame. It is getting a spring over axle job done today though so the conveyor tip wont hit the rear axle. you will see it when its done , im just trying to conserve some space instead of having 3 big pieces of gear lying around id rather have just one thats serves all my...

    Well here we go. Heres a pic of all three items in the title. Now time to combine them. Always open to ideas and suggestions. Thats what we're here for afterall right?
