I now carry some bleach and water in a spray bottle [i have one of those 1/2 gallon pump sprayers] to spray down arms and hands as soon as possible too just in case. it's like 95% bleach 5% water. Even on the runners you see spray them with some of that bleach as you go. It's no magic bullet but...
