I check the echo website about every month looking for the CS-2511wes. I didn't see the 2511wes but there is a new 35 cc saw. Looks interesting. 8.2 lbs and "highest power to weight" with no specs on power. Has anyone ran one?
I found out about several hedge rows being pushed out north west of maize. If anyone is interested. There is lots of hedge. There is also hackberry, mulberry, and honeylocust (some thornless). They are pushing it into piles and burning but still lots to cut if anyone wants some firewood.

I had a Echo 60S and am not sure if it is the same saw. I never did much beyond changing the chain, sprocket, plug, and bar. I had it for about 20 years till someone stole it.

I would check if the choke is closing all the way for cold start. Press your accelerator to the floor once then take off the air cleaner lid to see if the choke is all the way closed. If not then check if linkage is gummed up or the bi metal is not closing the choke.
