Chainsaw advice I need a new one

Echo cs-590 You want value? Get an ECHO CS-590 Timber Wolf. $459 for a 59.8 cc engine with 4 hp and a 20" bar. $449 with a 18" bar. You get a 5 Year warranty too. If you are a commercial user, you get a 1 year warranty. Stihl and Husqvarna have nothing that can touch it for this price...

    top handle saw

Top handle saws are used by hundreds of thousands of professionals safely every day. I do agree that the average homeowner is much better off with a rear handle saw because they are safer, but to say they should be banned I think is a bit extreme. Saying top handle chain saws should be banned...

    Echo 355T prices

Price $449 is the correct price for a CS-355t with a 14" bar and they are $459 with a 16" bar. The prices are published on the ECHO website. You will like the saw!

Top Handle Saws - Echo CS-355T VS Husqvarna T540XP

Echo cs-355t If the ECHO CS-355T is better balanced than the MS200T and MS201T, has the same horsepower, has a better warranty, and has the ECHO reputation for quality and reliablity behind it, plus it is about $150 to $180 less, then why not give it a look? Some dealers might even have a demo...

Echo CS-355T will be available when?

ECHO CS-355T Is Available I know this is an old post, but nobody ever replied to it. The CS-355T is available and in stock at most ECHO dealers now. If the ECHO dealer does not have it in stock, they can order one in, probably in just 1 or 2 days. It is an awesome top handle saw! Great...

Echo CS-590 timberwolf vs. Echo CS-600P

All current model ECHO CS-600 chainsaws get the "P" suffix. In other words the model number is always CS-600P. The "P" simply means "Performance Cutting System". It is the higher end ECHO Pro-Match bar vs. a laminated bar.

Echo CS-590 timberwolf vs. Echo CS-600P

CS-590 vs. CS-600P The 2 saws have the exact same 59.8cc engine. The CS-590 sells for $110 less because: 1) The CS-590 comes equipped with a laminated bar instead of the higher end Pro-Match bar with a replaceable tip you get on the CS-600P. 2) The CS-590 comes with a spur sprocket instead...

    Echo 530 value

Good Buy If that CS-530 runs good, $100 to $125 is agood buy for sure. That saw is reliable and has good power and is relatively light weight too. Very well balanced.

Any good 70cc ish saws at a decent price and warranty for Under $800.00 new.

70ish cc saw for under $700 If you want a good buy on a rock solid saw with good power, check out the ECHO CS-680. With a 24" bar they go for $630. Its a 66.7cc saw and top rpm's are 14,000. Its been around a long time. Its a proven saw.

    Echo's new top handle: CS-355T

CS-355T vs. Stihl MS200T and MS201T The CS-355T is one awesome saw for $449! It is comparable to the 200T and the 201T in power and I feel it is better balanced. The ECHO 355 puts out 2.1 hp and revs at 14,000 rpm. Get your hands on one and give it a try. See for yourself. Anyone who says...

    CAD and small saws

Nobody can beat ECHO in the small saw category. They start easy and run forever. The CS-305/306 and CS-345/346 are great little saws. The CS-341 is "tops" for a top handle saw. I love the new CS-370 and CS-400, they run great and look really well made. They have not been around long enough...
