    vermeer sc 130

I have used the vermeer sc130 and a friend of mine has one also. Its great for smaller stumps. get into big stumps then you really get a work out and the vibration really kills you. I believe my friend paid under 2 grand used. We both like it, but like i already said its more for smaller stumps...

Need advice new to the chainsaw world

My opinion you dont really need to go over 60cc's for cutting firewood. In my business my main saw is the MS 362 and when i cut firewood thats the only saw i use. The 362 is what replaced the MS 361. I dont think you will have much luck finding the MS 361 any more but if you do it will probably...

Seems to me that you should be able to rig it and pull towards that pine in the picture. But i cant see whats farther back other than that pine being off 45 degrees from it. Either way you end up doing it Im sure all of us would love to hear how you ended up doing it and how it turned out.

    Trees Resistant to Storm Damage

I just want to throw this out there. I read this in a couple different places. The younger the tree is when it is transplated or grown the better its chances to survive and adapt to their surroundings. Just like humans do with whether. People in florida dont like it when its 50 degrees down...

    Tree spikes

Most spurs will be interchangeable from tree to pole. Just have to get the brand of spurs. possibly the model of spur too but not sure on that one. I have seen older pole spurs that were attached permanetly from the manufactuer. they welded them on. those arent interchangable. I personally use...
