How do you remove the rear handle? Grrrr. Trying to replace the boot but can't figure out how to deal with the rubber mounts in handle. That's what's keeping me from removing the handle to gain access to the boot. Would appreciate any and all help!

Well I've whittled down the parts I need for this frankensaw to a measly little dust cover, oh no not the one that's readily available, I need the one that is nla of course, part number is 1118 021 1104 this fits the super, anybody got one they are willing to let go?

Will an 046 top handle bar fit on an 066?

Who all has made special tools to split cases with and how/what/where/why? :-)

This may be a long shot but looking to buy normal handle with wires for the heated option. Anybody got one they can part with?

What's it mean when there is a right pointing arrow, then a bar, then a number. Is the number a serial number? Does it mean up to that point or after? I am lost. :-)

So I was cutting wood yesterday and noticed something odd with the saw. It idles fine but when you tip the saw bar end down it will start to idle down and eventually die. Is this a symptom of a seal leak or a carb air leak? Anyone experience this problem?

Well I bought a used 3/4 wrap handle for my flat top 066. It fit up fine. Problem is, it won't let me disengage the chainbrake. It gets in the way. Any way the throw on the chainbrake can be adjusted? Anyone else have this problem?
