    Cottonwood for fence rails?

Would I be wasting fuel milling cottonwood for the rails of a fence? We have a 1/2 acre pond that has about a dozen large and straight trees around its banks. I believe these trees are causing the water level in the pond to drop. I want to take them down regardless. I would like to make a...

Is it still considered Free firewood when ...

I thought it might bring some internal laughter. I laughed at it myself after the initial shock wore off. There is another dead standing oak that could reach the fence. Cleaning stainless steel chimney liner.

Last year we had a fireplace insert installed in our basement. It has a 6 inch stainless steel liner in the chimney that is about 25 feet long. I would like to clean it before fireing it up. I've seen kits that use a pull rope and others using rods. Is one better than the other?

    TSC demo days :)

Thanks for posting the sale. The Wife bought me the 35 ton a couple of weeks ago for my birthday. I really like it, it has split everything, even knotty oak. They are selling for $1799 at the TSC by us. This saved us $200. Thanks again, Rich
