Can anyone help me with the default low and high screw settings on a Tillotson HK12A carb? It's on a Jonsereds 451E that I am bringing back from the dead. I've seen some references to plastic carb parts on Tillotson HK's, but this one doesn't have those.

I picked up an 028AVEQS yesterday, and the bar has significant blueing all around. I presume it was run without oil at one time, but I did see some threads saying some Stihl bars are laser welded and blue under the paint. Would you say this one is toast? I need to figure out the picture...
