Douglas fir. The only oaks and maples out here are in people’s yards. The tree services usually get all of them and either sell it or take it to the landfill.

I am looking for a case for a Stihl 441. I only need the starter side but would consider the whole thing. It’s not m-tronic but I don’t know if that matters .

Does anyone else accidentally shut off their stihl all the time. The shut off switch seems very sensitive. Kind of annoying mid cut. Does anyone have a solution? I already have a couple Husqvarnas....

No, it hasn’t been topped.

I just trimmed up a bunch of branches from my maple trees. A lot of the branches have this brown center. Some are a even hollow. Anyone got recommendations?

Which saw to get? All of them of course. Seriously though, just get a Husqvarna rancher 455 or 460. Learn how to properly file a chain and start cutting.
