    Question about useing a fan to distribute heat

    When I built my home, I put the return intake duct directly above the wood stove. I use the circ fan to distribute the heat. Works for me.

    Stacking VS Piling

    I agree after 20 or so cords, stacking is rediculous. We pile after processed, stack it in the delivery trailer to make sure proper size, then dump it on a pile at delivery.

    I'm in Southern California and we split Pine, Elm, Red Oak, Eucaliptus, Avodado and Citrus. I currently have a DR Rapid Fire and it has trouble splitting the Pine especially when it's green, Nearly impossible to split the Eucaliptus and very difficult to split the oak. The ram (rack pusher)...
