    Pressure and vacuum test will answer your concern. Check for leaks on both crank seals.

    This saw from what I understand was just before the 3200 and to be honest Carl, haven't looked at it that close yet. I will take some more pictures when I take her clothes off.

    Saved this one, never seen one till I got it. 77cc of Peterboro Ont. Canada BAD AZZ. Stihl dual port, meh check this baby out.

    Finished up my latest project

    Wasn't locked too bad Brad. Pulled the cylinder and cleaned the ring lands and put the original rings back in. Cleaned the cylinder with emery cloth and put her back together. Getting the carb clean was the hardest or the longest.

    Got her freed up, carb kit fuel lines about three days of cleaning. Waiting on a new muffler gasket, choke rod and a new clutch cover.

    This saw came from the second owner who used it maybe three or four times. Original Mac 16 inch bar on a 70cc saw. I have a nice 24 that will work on this I think. Saw runs, just clean up and minor odds and ends.

    This saw can from a saw mill in Ashland, Nebraska. The owner said it last ran about 2005. It sat in a friends basement for about three years and was locked solid when I got it.

    Your saw may be in an overly rich condition also. Follow the instructions on carb adjustments identified on this site and leave the tachs to drag racers. If the lack of power still exist, then pull the muffler and investigate further. A correctly adjusted 394 will chew up and spit out a 372...

    When you say "lots of RPM" is it four stroking with no load? Go one full turn on the high side and report back.

    Adjust idle to just below clutch engagement speed. Adjust max at WOT just four stroking, no load, cleans up in a cut or under load. Tachs ain't all they are cracked up to be.
