    Jonsereds ??????

The 2095 was discontinued due to not meeting EPA regs. I was told by a dealer. At the time you could by the 2095 by itself, or with the mill. Last year I knew a dealer that had a 2095 left so there are still some new ones around if you know where to look.

    Echo CS-440 chainsaw

I've got the CS-4400 and it is by far the best saw I have ever owned with a bolt on bar end kick-back protector. Can't bury the bar but it is useful for standing the saw vertical and resting on it while i move brush around. Kind of like the cane my grandpa used to use:rockn: .

    Some pictures from Norway

Don't know where Dokka is but have you heard of a place called VIK on the eastern coast I think. My ancestors came from there in 1882. They tied the kids up by rope on the boat so they wouldn't fall overboard on the voyage.

    Ceramic Bearings?????

I just looked at your profile for the first time. It told me everything I needed to know about your state of knowledge. Isn't the Senior QA Inspector the one who gets coffee for the engineers? :rockn:

Why do you suppose the steel ball split in half as opposed to breaking in some other way?

    Ceramic Bearings?????

You might say ceramics generally have no ductility or that they are a brittle material like glass. I'm waiting for deano to come up with something in a saw he can market as "Nano". Its been the scientific buzzword for the past 10 years. Maybe Nano Boost Tubes (takes a pretty small drill...

    090 Air Filter

Just in case anyone is interested the 090 originally came with a brass screen air filter. I guess that one is NLA but a flocked one is still available. It is flat just like the original screen but has flocking. The Cincinnati distributor didn't have it in stock and maybe not in Virginia...

    6401 Carb Settings

The low and high screws have limiter caps. Open the High up all the way. If it is still not enough you can heat up a screw driver and melt the ear off the plastic limiter caps. They run pretty well just opened all the way though.

    660vs395

I was underimpressed with the 3120 I bought used and ran it with the 36" bar that came with it. When I used it with the 60" Canon Superbar I picked up off ebay I changed my mind. I'm not used to standing Knee deep in chips. :rockn:
