    Best Muffler Paint?

    I use wood stove high temp enamel by 3M but all in all any 2000 degree rated coating in a rattle can works very well..trick is to get high heat on the muffler asap to set and cure these high temp paints I set mine on the wood stove for a few hours

    I'll bet there's a lazer graphics shop with the click of a laptop that will burn 25, 50 or 100 of those gaskets for nothing burn 25 sheets at a time all they would need is a well cut master and pick em up the next day...I'm so smart:laugh:

    As I was impatient many years ago with the Indian Head no drying time indeed so I learned the hard way with a leaker but a weeks cure or longer seems the ticket...I have a good Cal Ripken streak with no leakers now:D Seems Honda has a good sealer as well which I have not used I'll bet it...

    That's a bummer it didn't seal Pogo it seems I let the Indian Head cure next to my wood stove at least a week before I put fuel in the tank and I use the same thickness gaskets from my local auto parts store they have 4 sizes I stock them all and I load up the screws as well..once I button them...

    Anyone Have a Junk Mac 10 Series ?

    I run a Velocity Stack with a K & N high flow filter on all my 10's and 55's, those upright choke app Tilly carbs take a stack very well. The stacks I have fit all Tilly HS and Walbro SDC carb bolt holes. ..Good Luck

    At the shop here I use Metric torques sockets #6 is the ticket yeh those do not go back on and go in the trash..make sure you match the rod cap dots when re-installing the rod cap only goes on one way and 24 bearings..good luck

    You can find nice ones on CL for the price of a case of beer:clap:...yeper ya have a leak in the gasket on the block easy fix if you want to tinker use Indian Head and let it cure on the sealant...I've seen 610's smoke bad and run for 25 years but oil build-up should be addressed in the cylinder...

    Let me see a pic of the carb and intake and do a compression test as since you can't get it started it will be a cold compression test those numbers and a pic of the carb and remove the muffler and take a pic of the piston/cylinder walls to see if it's been leaned to death..since your stating...

    Go to your local hobby shop or check a vendor here get 4ft of yellow Tygon comes in several sizes or buy a few spools like my shop has. Please don't use any of those nitro car fuel lines that come in all the different colors not pump fuel friendly and will swell like a fat kid in a candy...
