I've taken the flip caps off and on thousands of times and had maybe 4-5 issues with the bar oil side. That was also in the winter when the temp was around 5 degrees. I personally like them better than the others but to each their own!!!!

Just picked up a new 461R tonight!!!! Boy Clark she's a beaut! Can't wait to try it out. Can anyone give me a crash course on how to tune it? I'd rather it run just a little rich than too lean.

I would go with the HO if you decide to replace it. You can always turn it down if you don't need it!!!
