    Runnin' with the big dogs!!!!

Great news ! I never ran one but I probably love runnjng my 385xp as much as any saw I have ever run. Man the raw power is so much fun! I have cut a red oak that was 12feet across at the spread of the roots. 36 in bar cut from both sides. Probably 65" across and your saw will handle one just...

    Husqvarna 180 or 280

Haha no I don't grow peaches lol. There used to be a lot around here in upstate S.C. At one time Spartanburg county grew more peaches than the whole state of Ga. "The peach state" nowdays we grow BMW's and Michelin tires. My handle "Eat a Peach " was the title of an old ,and my favorite...

    Husqvarna 180 or 280

I have yet to see a 2 series that I didn't like or admire for the solid build quality. Some are heavier or have less power but they just plug along for years. 261,266,268,272,281,288 the list goes on . Of course the 262xp ,254xp and 257 are close to some of the best ever built as far as...

    Husqvarna 180 or 280

I have an old 280s that was running when i put it up about 3 yrs ago. I also had a strong 181 husky . The 181 was stronger and lighter i think. I think the 280s was a weaker 285 or 298 . Along that line but not nearly as strong or desired. Somebody correct me if i am wrong.

    Stihl 084 starter kick back

A few years back I was occasionally getting bit by my 084 , my 288,and my 2101xp. I saw a ski-doo starter (d- handle) on flea bay for maybe 4-5 bucks and put one on each of them .Sure does save arthritic hands. I didn't know there were OEM d- handles.

    Husqvarna 168??????

Didn't notice the chainbrake, it may very well be a 181,or 266. Both of the ones i have owned had that chainbrake,268,272 didn't.

    Husqvarna 168??????

I have 2 of them ,they are very good saws imho. Same series as the 272xp ,268 se and the 268xp. Under the handle on the clutch side should be a black ID plate . Good luck with the saw . Check ebay for current selling prices

    Maruyama MCV51 value

I bought one of Amazon for 329 shipped and tried to buy more but was too late. Run great,a little heavier than 550xp or 346xp but run well.

    Maruyama MCV51 / PS5105 Carb Question

I have one of these saws also and haven't been able to pin one of these tools down on e-bay. I haven't spent a lot of time looking but couldn't find an exact carb name in the dolmar IPL . I haven't seen the Maruyama IPL anywhere. Great saw though at what I thought was a tremendous price...

    Maruyama mcv51

Just bought one off of Amazon. Should be here next week. From everything I have read it is a 5105 Dolmar, rebadged. These are 2013 model saws. For the money you really can't go wrong. We shall see.
