Has anyone else tried this carburetor? It almost seems like it's not getting enough fuel. Any suggestions? I'm fixing to put the original carburetor back on.

Mr. Snelling I installed one of those WYK-33-1 carbs, but I can't get this thing to run right. It idles great, but seems like it can't get enough fuel on the top end. Did you have to modify the jetting on your carburetor to get it to work right? I can back the high side screw all the way out...

I'm pretty sure I've got the solution to this issue. The Tillotson HU-7 came on some Stihl 020 saws that I've run across. I have literally had these little babies on backorder for three years, that's right THREE YEARS. They finally showed up. WHOO HOOO. Peep these jewels.

Mr. Snelling. I'm looking at the Shindaiwa EB802RT. Did you install a Walbro WYK-33-1 carburetor to get a fully adjustable carburetor? I definitely want the ability to adjust both high and low sides on the carburetor if I decide to pull the trigger on this unit. Thanks again for this...

I went to the show. Big news for me this year is the Dolmar name is gone, at least in the US. They are all now orange Makita saws. Still built by Dolmar, but all branded Makita.

I'm working on an old Poulan Pro 505 and I need to get the clutch off. I've got a Husqvarna 5025222-01 clutch removal tool, but it won't fit over the center part of the clutch. What does everyone use to get this clutch off. I've already resorted to a punch and hammer, but can't get it loose.
