Did you follow the link I posted above??? "Finally! The idle issue is finally resolved. It was nothing more than a tiny adjustment screw in the linkage of the carb. It was causing the clean air butterfly to leak. Then the M-Tronic would add fuel, trying to make up for it, causing it to load up...

I think what pioneerguy is trying to say is that you have a sucky jug to begin with :msp_smile:. Im not sure about the 650 jugs, but I have read that the 660 jugs from that era are not as desirable for performance mods as the older non-decomp jugs as suggested. Its my thought if your going...

I hope your right. When I got this saw back in 2011, I was so pleased, I knew when the 261 M-tronic saw came out I would buy one. 18 months later and Stihl is still dragging their damn feet..... I'm a stihl fan....but it's hard to ignore the fact that Husqvarna has been very aggressive...
