Remove that cover and use a small socket to drive the vent in from the outside. 1128 640 9100 is the correct part.

Start easy, pull the plug and see if it's wet. With the plug removed turn the saw upside down and crunk to see what pours from the cylinder.

More that likely the vent hole on your oil cap is clogged. When next it acts up, crack open your oil cap to see if it starts working.

Welcome to AS. More often than not your symptom is caused by the high side being set too rich, causing fuel to puddle in the intake. Try closing the High side 1/8th turn and retest.

It's a carb issue. Likely the inlet needle isn't sealing against the seat. You can throw a carb kit at it and see what happens but a better way would be to use a hand pump to apply 7psi to the fuel inlet and see what's going on.

Personally, I'd split the case and do it right, you just don't know how long those bearings have been flopping around... but you can replace the nylon bearing cage if you had to. I popped one apart to show you.

Welcome to AS, nope 10 - 20 years separate those saws, everything is different.

Usually that's an indication that you're too fat on the low side. Set the low side to the default of 1 turn out, reset your idle and see how it responds.

I would step back and vacuum test it again. Cranks seals have a spring that helps the seal hold it's shape. It's easy to roll a seal and dislodge that spring. A saw will pass the initial p&v test but fail shortly after being run.

you didn't use any dirko on the intake flange did you? It would be possible to block the impulse passage doing that. My next thought would be to disassemble the carb to check that the diaphragms/gaskets are in the correct order.

435's are 2-1/2 on the low side and 2 on the high side. Give that a shot and see how it responds.

Did you use a chicom fuel hose? They suck goat balls and have been known to kink.

WT-22 is for use on the non-compensator airbox/filter while WT-426 has the compensator port. WT-22 venturi is 12.7mm while WT-426 is 13.49

If you're asking about the o-rings on the control bolt, they are 4x2mm. Most places carry 4x1mm so you'll need to search around.

Eliminate anything that would cause an overly rich condition. Clogged filter, leaking inlet needle, plugged exhaust. After that, you're left with a worn piston. Especially on a concrete saw, the intake skirt gets too thin to close off the intake port.
