    Husqvarna's website...372 Reviews

372xt is a beast, not a single complaint with mine. Believe what you only read on these forums. The new ones run as well, if not better than the old ones.

    New levelof chainsaw induced pain!!!!

Oh yes, ive been whacked in the shins and knees with loose small rounds. What also hurts is when youre splitting wood, and a piece decides to split explosively, my splitter's i-beam is perfect nut shot height...

    limiter caps

Yep, that outside ring is spring loaded and when depressed allows you to fully adjust your carb. If you want to disable it, push it in and unscrew the needle completely. Then with a dremel remove the nub on the end of the limiter cap, install with the modified limiter and spring, and youre good...

    Exhaust problem w/splitter..........

Without a welder, it would be hard to get something to work. Only thing i can think of is getting some galvanized flex pipe used for car exhaust/HVAC systems, and redirecting the exhaust around the other way. Only issue with that is how to fasten the flex tube to the muffler. With a welder, you...

    New wood hauler !!

Tell that to the parents of 10s of thousands, if not 100s of thousands of children under the age of 6 that ride gas powered atvs or dirbikes... Every time i go to the local trail system, i always see 10-20 kids easily under the age of 8 putting around on small atvs and dirtbikes. You dont...

    New wood hauler !!

Im all for atving starting at a young age. its a life long hobby and will bring years of joy. Its a great family activity that everyone can do, and it gets kids out and about, whats better than that? Limited and remote kills when young and until they learn. Nothing wrong with that at all.

    576 XPW or 372 XPW ?

I personally like the wrap handle on my 372, makes it more multi-purpose for me, easier to move, especially felling trees, no more back-baring. From my understanding, 372 is a little more peaky power wise, where as the 576 is a little broader and more torquey. I like my 372 though, pulls a 24"...

Need Help Tuning, Husky 435 Refurb

That would be your issue.... youre overloading the saw. If youre cutting stuff like that, you'll have to use extremely light pressure and ease the saw through, cant dog it in at all. My 435 is happy in the stuff smaller that 8-10", the small limbs (less than 3-4") is where it shines, because its...

    GREAT Husky Dealer

My local dealer has a large wall of husqy, another large wall of stihl, and a small shinny blower section. I see no conflict of interest, even the workers use both brands and neither are pushy to either brand saw.

What kind of wood to cut for camping?

For easy camp wood, conifer trees work pretty well. Usually considered junk wood in these areas.
