    Best Rope Storage

I use one of these rope tarps https://www.treestuff.com/store/catalog.asp?item=1958 it works great. Throw the tarp down, flake the rope on it and when you're done slide the rope inside the pouch and roll it up like a taco. I use a piece of bungee cord wrapped around and clipped with a biner to...

    Looking for career change

Find a tree company in your area see if they need help on the ground you'll be dragging brush and other grunt work for low pay but if money isn't an issue this is the easiest way to get your foot in the door. Show up early everyday, bust your butt and show interest in climbing I'm sure they'll...

rope puller or come a long???

I have a maasdam I use all the time with 150ft of 3 strand rigging line works great, added benefit of being able to get a long distance away for safety. Used it the other day to completely uproot a dead cedar tossed the line high up and wrenched it right down to the ground without ever making a cut.

    Bidding Price Help :)

I'd take it down for $700 but honestly if I had to hump the wood 50ft around the back and stack it I might end up closer to your estimate, that could turn into a real time killer if it can't be moved by truck.

Looking for a top handle climber saw, what do you like?

For light duty use like that you can't go wrong with a Stihl 192T around $300 bucks. I have the 192/200 and unless you're using it everyday you might as well go with the cheaper 192. Dangerous to be cutting from a ladder though maybe get yourself a pole saw instead or learn to climb.
