    Husk varna flippy caps

I suppose it would be somewhere on here if it's possible, but I'll ask anyway. Are there any of the new Husqvarna flippy caps that will fit the 346XP? I don't have a problem with the regular caps, but think it would be a good update.

    Arvika

I have this axe that has a diamond with the word Arvika and I don't remember how I acquired it and thought it was made in China till I cleaned it up some. It also has traces of blue paint so I don't have a clue what I have. Would like to know more about it, I think the Wetterlings have blue...

    Anybody tried one of these?

Just got email with this being one of the items. Looks interesting, but I'd bet it's Chinese and looks to have a swivel at the base of the hose. Wonder how long it would be till the swivel starts to leak. http://www.sportsmansguide.com/product/index/surecan-22-gallon-gas-can?a=1895333

    346XP upgrade

After seeing the smokin' deal on the 545 in the for sale section, I see there's just one upgrade I want for my 346XP. I like the Husky flippy caps and want some for mine, just need to know if the 545 flippy caps will fit.

Don't know if this qualifies for U suck.

This little Poulan Pro s25 belonged to dad, he's been dead 20 yrs and didn't run it for a few years before that. I pulled it out of the shed, pulled off the top, will need a breather. While I had it open, I put some mix in the carb and it run on the second pull. I think it'll be fun to clean it...

    Now you know

We love to cut wood, and will occasionally mow the grass, but here's why real men REFUSE to vacuum.

    No sawing for a while

:msp_mad::msp_mad: I've got a lot of trees spotted that I need to get down before the sap rises and I'll be out of commission for a few weeks. Knee surgery tomorrow, after about a week, maybe I can sneak out to the garage and maybe do a muffler or two on the Earthquakes. Hope this place will...

    How to

I've looked everywhere I know to look and I can't find an answer. There's got to be somebody on here that knows how to get the setting I'm looking for. Here's the question, when I go to a thread that I'm watching and click on it, how do I get it to automatically go to "first unread post"? If all...

Husky, wish I wasn't so old

    Splain this!

You're going to think I'm nuts. I bought this saw new, hasn't been out of my possession since I bought it, hasn't been loaned to anyone. About a month ago, I decided to remove the clutch and clean everything up. I don't have a clutch removal tool, so I had a flat punch against a flat part of the...

    Near misses don't count!

Was looking around on e-bay and found a saw that I'd love to have since it's the first saw dad had. I was about 12 or 13 years old and I didn't get to use it much, dad was having too much fun. Was outbid at the last second, $58 and change + $35 shipping. Just have to wait for another good...

    Loading some wood

Moved some cuts to the woodpile, was hoping to saw it up, but too hot today, or I'm just too old. Phone pics and hard to see screen in sunlight.

One of my saws falls over, this one just leans.

Maybe some of you know why it does that. I'd like to get it looking as good as it runs, but I'm guessing it's the AV is shot, but want to make sure.

    Learned something today.

Brother and I went to town today to visit a couple of candy stores, HF and Rural King. Rural King had a new large Stihl department, got to talking to the OPE department manager and they are setting up a full Stihl service center in the store with two factory trained mechanics and will carry the...

    Sudden 026 problem

I bought a used 026 last Friday, ran it some on Sat. and ran good and strong, no hiccups at all. Today, I was sawing up a couple of tops then went to take down a Sycamore snag that was about 30 in at the base. I cut the notch and started to fell the snag and ran out of gas. I refilled it and...
