Just purchased an ls tractor and ordered a dr 3 point log splitter for the back. My question is on the hydraulic hoses on the splitter ...I need to thread on some quick disconnects. Do I use Teflon tape like on an air hose or something else? Thanks.

Probably around 6 tanks on the saw. And I do lift the tip up while tightening. Is the rim sprocket supposed to have side to side movement?

I have a one year old husky 365xt and the chain won't stay tight. I can tighten it and as soon as using it it loosens up. All parts on the tensioner assembly look to be fine. I've noticed that if I tighten the chain and run the chain around the bar by hand that at about half way around it...

Starting in 2016 sometime makita is phasing out dolmar. Saws will still be red but will say makita. Saw this at the outdoor power equipment show.

well I think I'm gonna get a tri axle of logs for $700. The fella says it between 7 and 8 cords. Any who i have a twisting black top driveway leading to where I would want it dropped. Think i have a chance of messing up the black top?
