I have a one year old husky 365xt and the chain won't stay tight. I can tighten it and as soon as using it it loosens up. All parts on the tensioner assembly look to be fine. I've noticed that if I tighten the chain and run the chain around the bar by hand that at about half way around it...

Jonsered 2159 carb setting So, my saw with the addition of a non cat muffler needed the high screw barely moved. Sound normal?

So today when I went to start my Jared 2159 the pull rope just pulled clear out of the housing. Well I put it back in and winds back up except for like four inches of string. Something dumb I'm overlooking?
