    Quad setup for firewood/ skidding

    I have a trailer that was made from an old boat trailer. I have hauled many loads of wood on it through the years. Sure beats the old days of trying to use a wheel barrow to get the wood out to the truck :dizzy:

    Yup it's around zero here with a windchill in the -20 area. They say that is the days high and it's gonna drop. Sure feels good sittin next to the stove.

    the one I wouldnt want to be without would be the husky 181SE, but to be honest I wouldnt want to be without any of the others either lol. So far they have all been dependable (knock on wood)

    How many hours per cord?

    Depends on where it is, what the terrain is like, how big the trees are, etc. I guess to be honest I never timed myself. I have wondered at x dollars a cord, how much that figures an hour.

    I heat my whole house with a wood stove. I just turn on the furnace blower and it circulates through the house.

    you know come to think of it I have some kind of Echo in my shed. It was my ex brother in laws, and the tank started leaking. It ran good but just never got a new tank. I need to see where that thing is at.
