I have a bobcat mt52. I loved it for 5 years until we got an avant 528. I plan on just holding onto it just because it has been so good to us. My only complaint is its slow speed.

Thanks, I bet your right. Early in discussions, I believed he was a big time Avant dealer. There's a new dealer here in Michigan that I believe has his stuff together. I look forward to working with him when the time comes.

Yesterday I call Avant headquarters to ask about a spare ignition key and spare battery cut off key I was promised I would receive when I spent $35,000 on a 528. I asked them if they could help me out since the dealer I bought it from apparently doesn't answer phone calls, e-mails, or texts...

We have a blade on our 4012. It seems almost useless. A rarely see people using them.

Just curious, is anyone having electronic problems with 528's? If so, is the dealer dodging your phone calls? Is the dealer in Marshfield, WI? I took them at their word on 12/19. It was BS! Haven't had a follow up call from them since. I tried to get ahold of them today for the first time...

Yes. I'm very happy with the sandvik on my 4012, but I'm comparing it to green teeth on my last grinder which was a 27 hp Vermeer which I know some people will say is not a fair comparison.

I'm supposed to finalize a 528 today from a dealer in Wisconsin. Been trying it out for the last month. I love it. I guess the guy from Grand Rapids retired and I wasn't aware we had anyone else in the state. I can see possibly adding a 420 next year.

I like my 4012 with 44 and remote control. My son plays it like a mistro. It's a beautiful thing to watch. If it was me, it would be ugly.

Same boat here. I went from a vermeer 625 to a bandit 200. I love my bandit and was very happy the day I sold the 625.

I'm sorry to read this Leafin. I know of no tree guy that suffered from anything other than addictions or a tired, worn down body.

I'm not sure. I'm thinking 10-30. From Sawyer Rob post, I'll do some research before next change. It's only a 200cc; but man, it's a little workhorse.
