661 weaker than 660 in aus, how will sales go?

I meant about the 200 "fix" / upgrade kits and new being mk 2 spec..... if the price was too high, some would try the not fit argument to get rectification free. As opposed to the comment about the kit being $US60 or $AU700..... if the core product isn't working right...... Put it this way -...

    the all aussie dribble thread!

Yeah - I'm suffering too, was up till 2am with the 5 month old grizzling and whinging and not wanting to feed, sleep or play. Then up at 6.30 for work. Feel utterly destroyed now...... Still got to get chains off you sometime Matt - although I bought a truckload of cut & split firewood as I'd...

661 weaker than 660 in aus, how will sales go?

Probably to stop them getting served through Fair Trading / ACCC under the Consumer Law..... make it cheap enough for it to not be worthwhile bothering.

One bid placed. Trying to see what reason I can use to justify bidding on that very nice knife..... being a small fixed blade I should have no issue with bringing it into Australia.

    What's On Your Bench? 01-17-2014

Under just one of 08f's lost snackies  ___ Nice mallee Brad - I reckon if you asked, someone could get you the timber to make your own if you are good with wood as well? Tasmanian timber species are different again - Huon pine (if you want to build a boat especially), sassafras...

That will make my place prime property..... :) A few degrees warmer, and about 10m sea level rise and this house will almost be waterfront.... water will be at the bottom of the hill anyway. In reality, doubt I'll see it in the (at most 60) years I've got left.

out of all your saws which one

Probably my 576xp at would be the last to go -- as I bought it new and probably use it the most. The others are handy, but I can use a 70cc to do the work of the 40, 60 and 90...... Once again - you wouldn't freeze where I am in Tassie without heat, but winter wouldn't be fun - so I'd keep a...

    Bias truck tires

I'll join the team that say bias ply is better in hard offroad - assuming you have the right tyre for purpose. I ran Simex Extreme Trekker : Centipedes on my old Nissan Patrol for about 10 years..... in a 35 x 10.5 x 16 size. Let them down to about 12 psi (no tubes or beadlocks) and nothing...

ever use a chain saw in the house?

Yeah, I started my 340 in the room my mother in law was sleeping in. She wouldn't get out of bed and was pretending to not hear anything, even my 4 year old. She moved once the 340, which I'd already pulled over a couple of times outside fired up :chainsaw: thank goodness for tile floors, a...
