Husqvarna 350 back together - dripping chainsaw oil

For the saw that's leaking while sitting on the bench, try opening the oil cap after you're done with it. I have a 55, and a 450 here that will do the same thing. They seem to build pressure in the oil tank, if I open the cap and bleed the air, they don't do it. HTH

Guys, don't get complacent out there!!!

You can't please everyone no matter how hard you try. Why should one member be catered to, above all others?

Guys, don't get complacent out there!!!

But there is a valuable lesson here.... Plenty of other threads have been deleted because Brad got upset, this one should stay. For the good of the community.

Saw fires & yanks starter handle out of my hand. Why?

I had the same thing happen with an MS440 one time, tore up some nerves in my wrist. Had to get it operated on, and was on pain killers and nerve meds for over a year. Finally got sick of dealing with all the doctors and insurance company BS, and quit going to see them. It's been about 4...

    55 rancher vs 455 rancher

No love for the 455's here, still much better than a fartboss, but that's about all. Overweight and underpowered, and the AV mounts are to spongy for me. I prefer the 55's over the 455, but 353 gets used more than any of them.

    I'm fustrated....

Maybe I'm missing something here, but what would it hurt for members here to bid on the saw? Would it not benefit both Randy, and Johnny if the saw brought more money?

    #### Monsanto

Speaking of lopes, now the FDA, and Dept. of Ag. are pushing for all the growers to start bleaching their lopes prior to sale. The equipment needed to do so costs around $40,000. That has stopped a lot of the local growers here. One of the guys I know, is a great farmer, he grew the best...

I hear ya buddy. My father, and stepmother own and manage a pretty good sized farm market. I hear all kinds of crap like that. The world is full of stupid people.

    #### Monsanto

One of the most inhumane things I've ever seen was an organic dairy. Cows that would normally be treated with antibiotics, and be healthy again in a few days are left in "sick pens" to suffer it out, some of them make it, some of them don't. Sometimes they are sold to other farmers where...

    #### Monsanto

First, I just find it amusing that the yuppies around here think they're eating something so natural, and wholesome, when in reality, those "grass fed" herds are ingesting all those chemicals that are sprayed directly on the hay they're eating. Second, if they're eating silage, than they...

    Red Power!

I'm not going to argue with you about 50 year old tractors Jeff  I know what I like, and apparently you do to. They each had their ups and downs. They might have got more done with the 4020 and a moulboard plow, but when you compare the two with a 9 shank chisel plow, we both know...

What do you think those "grass fed" beef eat in the winter time? I'm sure in someones imagination there are lush green pastures all winter long  There's a guy not far from me who has a good "grass fed beef" scam going on, I've seen the sprayers out in his hay fields on numerous...
