    awesome you know i had to read that entire article it was great,i'm sure in my younger days i would have been all over that one . i think after app. 15 yrs of production falling my knees and ankles couldn't take that abuse anymore, and i'm not sure if i'm quite as brave as i used to be lol...

    ok sound fair to me tom and if you can make that work in the real world that's even better. i downsized about 2 years ago, i used to run about 4 to 6 employees. I do most things myself now and i use the odd extra help short term, it's nice not having any commitments to my employees anymore...

    who's property is it? Somewhere in life a few people are missing the point. The first line i read in the beginning of this thread says "i recently purchased some property" In my world that becomes your own property ,if you don't like it ,gee that's to bad. If the guy wants to cut down trees...

    ok You know what i like killing trees but this is not a bad idea if the terrain permits but you will have to ribbon off the dangerous area, or you could be setting yourself up for trouble.

    small saws i wouldnt;' go with one of those real small saws go up one model the antivibration is not very good on those ones or you could try a husky 41 is a pretty good little saw.

    wow look man just use your thinker ,think about the forces and gravity , make a plan don't work alone all you need is a chainsaw and if you prefer a spotter 3minutes to put it on the ground and about 30 minutes to chunk it up.

    honesty thank you for your honesty Not trying to bash the guy but you need a ticket and about 4 years of training to be an electrician. Now people think they can fall trees with 1/2 day of training. I am not exaggerating when i say i have fell more than 200,000 trees after 15 years i still...
