    Tractor Supply sells the True Temper Splitting Axe for $30....Just as good as the Fiskars x27 in my opinion. Don't know where the Fiskars is manufactured, But I know that True Temper is Made in the USA.

    Ya just get used to it.

    My wife keeps it around 76 in our house all winter. I usually keep the bedroom windows open. I don't mind the warm house, but can't sleep in a hot bedroom.

    Cracked Primer Bulb Question

    Not sure why it would be hard to replace? The husky ones that I've replaced where held in place by two clips. Just take the two lines off and pop it out. The Stihl ones that I've replaced where held in place by four screws,

    Took the carb off this morning. Wasn't too bad after I found the three bolts and figured out that the throttle linkage just lifts up and pops out of place. Took the carb apart and cleaned real good then spotted the problem....The primer bulb was dry rotted and cracked... so after I figured that...

    A friend dropped off his 435 Husky. Starts, but wont stay running. I'm gonna check it out for him..Anyway, I was looking it over tonight and was trying to figure out how the carb comes off? I didn't see any bolts or screws holding it on? I'm used to tearing Stihls apart....just two nuts...

    The water currents are probably more important than lean. I See a thread awhile back where they discovered an entire forest in the Gulf Of Mexico....One of the hurricanes uncovered...Pretty amazing the trees were preserved under the mud for god knows how long.
