Nothing wrong with a fully gutted muffler! The redmax saws really do wake up with a muffler mod.

I'll post some video when I get a chance. The funny thing about trying to document these things is, for me to take the time to do it right, everyone should leave their saws at home, not bring food, and not talk to one another. There is simply to too good a time to be had for me to spend time...

Get that 346xp ported and forget about any 50cc of any other make.

I think a stock 545/2252 is as strong as a stock 346xp. It is certainly more refined. That being said, I sold mine to get 346xp ported. I prefer the 346xp ported or not. Maybe the next Gen auto tune will Change my opinion.

You know what's a shame.... we probably won't see many more True zenoah designs. The old school zenoah is top notch stuff. The redmax g5000 (non strato) is a very impressive saw. Those who have them know. The gz4000 is way strong with a muffler mod. I'd be happy if all I had was their stuff...

I can't wait. I'm all for trying out the fs550. I'll bring a few saws as well; redmax gz4000, g5000, dolmar 7900, husqvarna 346xp ported, 261, 262xp ported, 61/272xp. I look forward to playing with everyone else saws. Everybody get your chains ready,

Tillotson 254 has the same size Venturi as the 260. I can't tell them apart.
