The tank is plastic. Yes a new brake band would fix it.

Nice running Husky 3120 rare wrap handlebar chainsaw powerhead. Fires up in a few pulls, idles great. Max rpm goes to 10,900. No chainbrake band. Some damage to the case and tank as you can see. Oils like crazy. New OEM Husky flocked air filter and fuel filter. [email protected]

So Canadians don't charge any tax to the us. But the brokerage company can for the US government when there is no Free Trade Agreement like with germany. It is with full declared value. Anything I sell on eBay gets charged sales tax depending on what each state charges I think there's one or two...

People ask me all the time if there is any duties or taxes. That is why I put that down. I know for a fact if I use certain couriers they will charge a brokerage and a duty for a German saw from Canada to the US. That is also why I put that down.
