blake's hitch

New to the field game I am wondering if it’s safe to pull a tree by attaching two ropes together ? I have 2 100 foot rope and want to know if it would be safe (I know it’s not ideal) to tie them together to pull a tall tree down. If so, what knot would you use? Thx again

This is a very specific question & I hope someone has some insight; I am looking for a recommendation for a single eye split tail for use with a Blake's hitch on Poison Ivy/BlueMoon? I was considering buying either 10mm EpiCORD or BeeLine but Sherrill Tree is recommending several 1/2" split...
