    Is anyone familiar with this 1600A panel ? I couldn’t find the throttle control.

    Is anyone familiar with this 1600A panel ? I couldn’t find the throttle control and choke if any. I couldn’t figure out how to start. It’s starting and stopping. There is a red button right next to the ignition switch. Thanks for your help.
