009L air filter cover screw?

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what size screw holds the air filter cover down? based on a parts diagram I believe it to be this OEM part
Stihl Flat head screw DIN85-M4x14-8.8 - 9078 319 0680
-does that just mean an m4 screw? what about the length?
-also wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to get a carb kit for this saw.

Carb kit depends on what carb is on your saw. Is it a Tillotson, Walbro or Zama?
