021 Idles Erratically. Intake Boot?

New Chinese Communist carburetor, spark plug, fuel line, air filter, fuel vent. Starts easily, burps on 4th pull. Fuel new this year. Throttle response good.
When I set it down at idle, it idles up and down, sometimes it cuts out.
Does this sound like an intake boot? Thanks in advance.

Well the C.C.P. carb comes into question. Wiggle the area where the intake boot is and see if it stalls.

Who knows where they went? Yes the NJ Pines.

Make sure that the impulse line is connected and tight.
