Looking for 1 or more cracked 028AV eq muffler body.
The one that has the side post mount.
It may be type 2 from my research, I am not sure.
Looking for better condition than the one I have.
Thank you, Tim

Do you have a pic of the other body?
I don't see the side post mount on the one pictured. it does look like it may fit otherwise

This is an older powerhead without the side posts. This is the muffler with the side posts. Later saws and supers use this style muffler. Can you clarify what you are referring to??

I stand corrected. Just looked at a NOS I have. I now see the side post you are referring to.

Yes I believe the last one pictured has the side mount bolt post. i'll post a pic of mine but it is gold where the post was brazed on in my pics. There is a hole there now where the post bolt mount broke off

Never too old to learn. I just learned I have a NOS muffler for that older powerhead LOL!! I think both later styles could be made to work. Only exception would be the early hooded style 2 bolt muffler. As is is a narrow body style.

Here is my muffler. The red straw pointing to the post and the pencil to the case mount.
My post is broke as well, I just have it sitting there for the picture.

I'm interested in it.
Thanks, Tim
