The ipl shows 4 different drums I see 2 that look like the one on my 361 with the sprocket being separate which is what ide like to go with on this 036pro. Looking for the 7t 3/8 sprocket and going to run a 20" bar. Anyone know what those part numbers are or can you make sense of what the difference is in the ipl? What does the * mean in the IPL anyway?

Thanks

Why does the artic have a different bearing hmm.
I notice there is a 10x16x12 bearing and a 10x13x10 so guess I should use the first choice.
I think I notice all the parts I need now but I dont see a kit p/n.

Well I'm famous for trying to revive old threads. I just picked up a, 036 pro. I believe it was made after 1995. Had they already updated the bearing at that point?

you can put the small one on a 066 to run picco chain but not a good idea, they make picco rims now for the 066
(for milling)
I meant the 034 larger bearing and larger sprocket upgrade

like in your picture.

Part 1125-007-1041.....I THINK it also fits the 029/039 .......

that’s the one I meant.

And the LP Stihl chain Logosol sells(but Stihl doesn’t sell in the states) will take more HP than the regular LP

Is that with the smaller bearing in the 029/039?

My understanding is that the 034, 029/039 all started with the smaller bearing. The 034/036 were later upgraded to the larger bearing but the 029/039 were not. I don't know if a large bearing would work on the 029/039 or not.

same LP chain filed different. Stihl is an ass in this way, they have milling chains in most varieties the german turds won't sell USA.

No.....as I understand it takes more hp ......I’ll go check.
On edit.....found it.

Stihl 63PMX ripping chain is good for saws up to 95cc(Baileys says 38-100cc) So one web site said....Sugihara in the U.K.
exclusive by logosol here in the US. Don’t know about Canada

Yes, there is the needle cage 9512 933 2260 (10*13*10) used.

The rim sprocket kit 1125 007 1041 used on 034, 036, MS 340, 360 needs the newer larger needle bearing 9512 933 2380 (10*16*12)
The bearing is part of the retrofit kit 1125-007-1041.
Kit is clutch drum,E clip, washer, bigger bearing and a sprocket.
