Hey everyone I have a ? I have a chance to buy a 041 stihl chainsaw the guy said it runs and cuts really well. any input on the saw are they any good? or is that a ok price for the saw thanks michael.

The 041 (there are quite a few different versions and ages) is/was a great saw. Subject to vibration and loosening the screws.

Parts are not available except used.

You didn't mention the price. I wouldn't pay more than about $100 for one though.

I just sold mine last summer with a broken handle and air filter stud broken off.
