Thought I would go out and do a little cutting today. Had a couple of stumps to take out. This is one of them. Had the 4 foot bar on for this one.

is was an elm stump. not the best wood, but it makes heat and I needed it out of the way
 
The bark on most big stumps look pretty much alike. A condition of large size rather then species.
 
You call that a saw....freakin beaver on steroids...holy cow!
I'd like to see a tree that was too much for it!
 
I haven't found a tree that will stop this saw yet. We have taken out some hedge tree stumps that were 4 foot + in diameter and it kept on cutting. I would say that it is more power than a person needs, but I don't think you can ever have too much power!
